HEALTH WARRANTY
Our puppies are sold with a current health certificate signed by a licensed veterinarian (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine). All of our puppies for sale are on a regular preventative schedule from the breeder and then to us.
ADOPT A PET
Petland Pet Counselors work with staff at local animal shelters, pet rescue groups and with members of the local community to place homeless pets - puppies, dogs, kittens, cats and a variety of small animals. As part of this cooperative program, Petland store operators make available their highly visible Petland display windows to aid in the placement of homeless pets in local communities.

RETURN POLICY
Purchasing a puppy for sale should not be an impulsive decision, and it is our customers' responsibility that they are making a decision for the lifetime of the puppy. This Petland store incurs considerable expense and risk when a puppy leaves our store.

With so many names to choose from it can be overwhelming to pick a name for your furry puppy. OSince 1994, Petland stores have been participating in Safari Stan's Children's Charities. This involves local store operators in granting pet-related wishes to children with life-threatening medical conditions through the Make-A-Wish Foundation® and in placing coin canisters in Petland stores nationwide to raise funds for the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

We got our Goldendoodle here after looking at several other places. We went to another store in town and I found the store dark, dirty, and the dogs we looked at were incredibly dirty and covered in feces. Ryan and the staff at Petland are top notch. The entire staff at Petland Joplin have all went above and beyond to make sure any and all of our questions have been answered, and that we were taken care of even after the sale. To hear the dogs come from a Puppy mill is really hard for me to believe. People dont tend to put Guarantees on ANYTHING that they dont stand behind 110% .
Love, Love, Love this store! We got our precious little Pug here in March 2014. She is PERFECT in every way. She will be 3 years old this month and has always been very healthy. She loves to come in and shop frequently and see all the new puppies. Everyone is always polite and helpful! When the time is right for us to add to our family, we will without a doubt choose Petland in Joplin!
